Location: Pacific Palisades, California
Program: Residential / Extensive Renovation
Style: French Transitional
Status: Under Construction

Located in the Pacific Palisades, this extensive renovation transforms an existing hillside residence to take full advantage of its panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding coastline.

The project includes a complete interior and exterior renovation, a new primary suite, and a reconfiguration of the existing floor plan to improve the flow and functionality of the home. A new pool and spa, along with expanded outdoor living areas, create a stronger connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The design combines French-inspired architectural elements with a transitional approach, balancing traditional detailing with a more open and contemporary way of living.
